1. You are never too busy or too tired to exercise. I'm not saying that you have to go to the gym or do several sets of the hardest exercises known t mankind. There are much simpler forms of exercises out there that you can do the moment you wake up or during your break. It does not even necessarily need to be an exercise regimen. You just need to find a way to do physical exertion in any way like maybe walking the dog or maybe walking to work rather than commuting, that is if you live a few blocks away only.
