Life today is filled with problems and things that give us much stress. To be able to cope with these occurrences, we need to be healthy and full of energy. We rush to work every working day without even thinking of our bodies, without eating breakfast and simply sipping fast a cup of coffee. We don't think that skipping breakfast deprives our minds and bodies of vital energy. Breakfast is our most important meal which we should not miss at the beginning of our day. Eating carbohydrates for breakfast is necessary to give us energy and these do not convert into fat. During lunchtime, we still find ourselves hurrying up because we don't want to be late for work that sometimes we do not even chew our food properly. When this happens the food that was not properly chewed can cause heaviness in our stomach and it can even hurt. The first key to health is food. We need to think how and what we eat because it affects our health and well being. This is the reason why health buffs today are very conscious of what they eat, trying to find out healthy foods. If we have positive eating habits, it will last our lifetime.

Breakfast should not be skipped and which should include healthy carbohydrates like cereal, porridge, eggs, etc. People should drink plenty of pure water daily. You need to drink water before every meal and after every meal. Eat fruits and vegetables daily. Don't eat before going to bed and have a walk or exercise after eating dinner. Doing sports activities will also improve your health. Doing daily exercises will help you become fit and it will have a positive impact on your mental health and mood. You will feel much better after a workout instead of the usual watching TV. Some of the kinds of sports that you can engage in are running, gym, swimming, yoga, biking, and others.

Our health depends on our state of mind more than our physical state. Even if you are physically healthy but your keep on feeling anxiety or stress over things, you may even get very sick. Some people just simply need peacefulness of mind and inner peace to become healthy in mind and body.
